and we're back . . . kind of

We've been a bit busy and distracted over here in our crazy coop, but I'm getting back into the blogging saddle.  I have a lot of summer things to write about, which seems a bit overwhelming at times, but I'll get through it all eventually.

Also, I wanted to mention that I have finally joined the twitterers, and if you'd like to follow me on twitter, that'd be awesome, because right now I'm kind of lonely over there.  There's a button on the side of my blog page you can click on to be taken to my page.  Actually, if you try the button and it doesn't work, let me know, because I have no idea if I set that up correctly.
